Ground Up Grain is the flour-milling sister enterprise of Valley Malt, founded by Andrea and Christian Stanley in 2019. Based in a hydroelectric-powered mill in Holyoke, MA, they stone-mill fresh flour exclusively from Northeast-grown grain using a 48” New American granite mill. We source malt from them for use in bread-based ferments.
