Valley Malt is the first craft malthouse in New England in over a century, founded by Andrea and Christian Stanley in 2009 in Hadley, Massachusetts. They source 100% Northeast, family farm-grown grain, malting barley, wheat, rye, oats, and more for craft brewers and distillers. Their facility runs on hydroelectric power. We source Light Munich Malt from them, which we use in garums and amazakes.
