Wild Hive Farm is an organic grain farm and stone mill in Clinton Corners, New York, in the mid-Hudson Valley. Founded by Don Lewis in 1982, he began milling in 2002 and revived an industry that had been dormant in the region for nearly a century. The mill uses granite grinding stones to produce flour in small batches from organic grain sourced from local and regional farmers. We source einkorn flour, emmer, oats, and whole wheat bread flour from them.
