River Valley Community Grains is a collaborative grain operation based at Marksboro Mills in Marksboro, NJ. They stone-mill wheat and roll oats from locally grown grain — including wheat grown across the street at Ruthie’s Farm — using a locally-built New American Stone Mill. Their mission focuses on regenerative agriculture and building a regional grain economy. We source barley, oats, and cornmeal from them.
