Maple Bank Farm is one of the oldest continuously family-run farms in the United States, farmed by the Hurlbut family since 1730. Located in Roxbury, CT, it’s a diversified produce farm with a roadside stand open May–December. We source tomatoes and rhubarb from them, often working with seconds for fermentation.
