Castle Valley Mill is a historic stone-ground grain mill in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with roots going back to 1730 on the banks of Neshaminy Creek. They source grain from Pennsylvania farmers within roughly 100–150 miles, stone-milling it into flours, meals, and cleaned whole-berry grains. We source rye berries from them.
